What is our Returns Policy?
All of our products are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Because every label pack is printed to order and personalized just for you, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns, but we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with any part of your order, please reach out through our contact form or message us on WhatsApp at +1 650-600-0950, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Incorrect Personalized Spelling
Please make sure all details are correct before completing your checkout. Our website is set up to process your order automatically as soon as it's placed, which makes it very difficult for us to change or cancel an order after payment has been processed. We recommend reviewing your spelling and personalization carefully in the preview before you order.
Where you receive an incorrectly spelled product and the error was made by tinytag, we will either refund the product or reprint it and ship it to you free of charge. Please contact our customer service team right away if you receive a wrong or misprinted item, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We're unable to refund or reprint products where the spelling was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Damaged or Misprinted Orders
If your labels arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a free reprint or a refund for the affected items (limit one reprint per order).
Refunds
If a refund is offered, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase, excluding shipping. Once a refund has been arranged, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method. Our customer service team can guide you on timelines.
Please note: in some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned to us for assessment before a refund can be processed. This helps us verify the issue and maintain the integrity of our returns process. Our team will let you know if this is necessary and provide instructions for returning the item.
Store Credit
Depending on the issue with the product, we may offer, and you may choose, a store credit instead of a refund or replacement. Here are the details regarding store credit:
- Store credit is only valid for use on the site where the original order was placed.
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Any order exceeding the value of the store credit provided will require an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
- The amount of store credit will be the product's price at the time of purchase, excluding shipping. If the product was part of a consolidated order, free shipping will not apply to the store credit.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit will be provided via a code that must be entered into the gift card code section at checkout to apply.
What is needed for a returns claim?
Your Order Number: This is your proof of purchase and can be found in the confirmation email sent to you when you placed your order.
Photos or Videos: Please take a few clear photos or a short video of the product. This helps our team see the issue and determine the best course of action.
Description: Please provide a thorough description of the issue or fault you've encountered. This helps our team understand the problem and resolve it quickly.
